Senior Working Art Director / Designer

We are a dynamic creative agency seeking a conceptual senior working art director/designer with aspirations to grow into a creative director role. If you are a visionary with exceptional skills and a drive to make an impact, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the creative team and sessions for project kick-offs.
2. Supervise and inspire the team to generate multiple concepts for campaigns or projects.
3. Collaborate with the creative team, strategy team, copywriters, and freelancers to develop concepts and present them to senior management.
4. Develop concepts and pitch for new business opportunities.
5. Manage a team of creatives.
6. Provide quality assurance on all concepts and projects.
7. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
8. Make quick and calculated decisions.
9. Demonstrate strong conceptual and concept development skills.
10. Oversee multiple projects from concept through completion.
11. Design storyboards for film and animation.
12. Work on packaging design and print production.
13. Contribute to integrated campaigns.
14. Create corporate brand designs, layouts, architecture, and visual language.
15. Handle communication and ATL projects.
16. Lead projects from concept to completion.
17. Work at a fast pace to meet tight deadlines.
18. Pay attention to detail.

Requirements

1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
2. Understanding of print processes.
3. Full-time availability in Johannesburg.
