Senior Web Developer

Our client is looking for a dynamic senior web developer to join their team in Lanseria, Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO

You will be assisting with website builds, implementing new design features, and working to ensure that the underlying structure of a client's website is correct. You will be taking direction with all aspects of website and application design.

SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assisting the web development team with all aspects of website and application design.
2. Assisting with the testing and maintenance of backend and front-end applications.
3. Brainstorming new tech applications such as digital storage and mobile technology.
4. Collaborating with developers to implement new web features.
5. Keeping up-to-date with the latest technology and programming trends.
6. Using user feedback to identify and correct problems with a client's website.

SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS

1. A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar field.
2. At least 2 years' working experience as a senior web developer.
3. Experience working with coding languages such as HTML, JSON, C#, .Net Core, SQL, Blazor.
4. Solid understanding of web design and development principles.
5. Good planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
6. Critical-thinking skills.
7. Flexibility in the workplace.
8. In-depth knowledge of software prototyping and UX design tools.
