UX / UI Designer at Sensay - Design the Future of AI Personal Replicas

At Sensay, we are expanding our development team and seeking a talented UX / UI Designer who will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our authorized AI personal replicas. As part of our growing team, you'll collaborate with developers and stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that empower our users.

About the Role:

You will work closely with a team of developers and product managers in a highly autonomous environment where your design expertise will help shape our products from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

1. User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user needs and behaviors.
2. Design Solutions: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your design vision.
3. Collaborate: Work alongside developers to ensure successful implementation of your designs, providing guidance on interactions and visual elements.
4. Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all products.
5. Iterate: Gather feedback from users and team members and iterate on designs based on insights.

Technical Requirements:

1. Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
2. Experience: Demonstrable experience in UX / UI design, preferably in software applications or AI / ML products.
3. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and completed projects.
