Senior Technical Engineer

Khuselo Office Automation is looking for an experienced technical Engineer to join our team based in the BURGERSFORT / LYDENBURG area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Servicing and maintaining Ricoh MFPs and related products.
2. Installing and deploying Ricoh Products, software, and services.
3. Complete technical training on new equipment as assigned.
4. Manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

1. At least 4 years experience in servicing and maintaining Multifunctional printers.
2. Reliable vehicle as well as a valid drivers’ licence.
3. Basic Network and IT experience.
4. Able to set up and install Multifunctional Printers, i.e., setup printing, scanning, and bundled software.
5. A+ and N+ certified or PDI+ certified will be advantageous.
