What you will be doing
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for front-office roles in the investment and asset management sectors, focusing primarily on VP and SVP positions.
- Partnering with highly engaged hiring managers across the US to ensure alignment on hiring needs and strategies.
- Leading outbound sourcing efforts, leveraging creative techniques to identify and engage top-tier talent. Developing and maintaining strong pipelines of experienced candidates with 10 years of industry expertise.
- Building meaningful relationships with stakeholders, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets their high expectations.
- Providing tailored market insights and data-driven recommendations to inform decision-making and optimise recruitment outcomes.
- Creating a best-in-class candidate experience, reflecting the professionalism and prestige of the client’s brand.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in investment/asset management recruitment, with a strong focus on front-office roles or similar high-impact positions.
- Proven expertise in outbound sourcing, with a passion for finding and engaging hard-to-reach talent.
- Experience partnering with senior, highly engaged hiring managers in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Knowledge of the global market, with US experience being highly advantageous.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- A proactive, driven mindset with a love for filling roles and achieving impactful outcomes.
