The Senior Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role within the Technology division, primarily responsible for designing systems, providing subject matter expertise on technical solutions, and compiling technical specifications from business requirements. This role operates at Level 1 in the Technology role family, focusing on quality and supporting various business processes. Key Responsibilities:
System Design and Technical Expertise:
Design robust systems based on business requirements, collaborating closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects.
Provide subject matter expertise on technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
Compile detailed technical specifications, considering factors such as scalability, performance, and security.
Collaborate with Database Administrators to establish efficient table designs and ensure data integrity.
Cost Containment and Efficiency:
Contribute to cost efficiencies by responsibly utilizing resources and identifying areas for cost containment.
Identify and escalate potential risks that may lead to increased costs, and propose process improvements to contain and reduce expenses.
Follow established processes and procedures to maintain cost efficiencies while ensuring quality outcomes.
Customer Experience and Satisfaction:
Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to quality service standards and promptly resolving customer queries or complaints.
Interact with internal customers and stakeholders across different levels to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Propose improvements to internal processes to enhance service levels and overall customer satisfaction.
Business Process Optimization:

Qualifications and Competencies:
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree in information technology.
