Senior Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team.

The incumbent will be required to have strong system integration experience with a focus on business skills and be responsible for consulting with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.

POSITION INFO:

1. Review of business requirements to understand the business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
2. Revision of architectural documentation to understand the solution landscape within the technical architecture.
3. Write and review recommendations based on verified and validated requirements.
4. Write, review, and present solution documentation.
5. Implementation of continuous improvement strategies and best practices.
6. Write, review, and present epic, feature, user stories, business processes, and process flows.
7. Write, review, and present project documentation including (but not limited to) Functional Design Specification, Recommendation Documentation, Detail Design Documentation, API Documentation.
8. Strong modeling skills required with great attention to detail.
9. Analysis of SOAP and REST service specifications.
10. Creation of REST Swaggers.
11. Testing of developed solutions.
12. Professional conduct at client, developing professional relationships with key stakeholders.
13. Technical planning experience with development team and overseeing the delivery.
14. Preferably software development background.
15. Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products and modeling tools (draw.io, Camunda Modeler, etc).
16. Co-ordinate activities with the development team and other teams with regards to interfaces.
17. Technical requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring business requirements and expectations are met, and that all possible scenarios are covered.
18. Conduct functional specification walkthroughs with developers and monitor the development process in order to meet deadlines.
19. Facilitate client-walkthroughs, JAD sessions, and sign-off of Technical Specification with business owners to ensure business requirements have been met.
