What We're Looking For - Skills & Qualifications:

1. Products Worked With But Not Limited To: Solar Winds, N-Able, PRTG monitoring solutions, RMM software.
2. Must-Have Skills: 5+ years in a NOC / IT MSP environment. Expertise in Windows Server environments (R2). Strong skills in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and PKI. Intermediate experience in VMware vSphere 6.5+, Hyper-V, and mass storage (SAN / NAS). Good understanding of VLANs, routing, and firewall behaviour. Proficiency in Exchange + and Microsoft Azure.
3. Qualifications: MCSA | MCSE | or relevant Microsoft role-based certifications from the Azure and Microsoft lists. VCP-DCV (VMware Certified Professional) or Hyper-V. Experience with Veeam and Rubrik.
4. Key Competencies: Leadership and team management, strong problem-solving under pressure, excellent communication skills, highly motivated and detail-oriented.

2. Resolve escalations from Tier 1 & 2 to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Lead a skilled team, driving resource efficiency and technical excellence.
4. Implement system upgrades, migrations, and best practices.
5. Proactively optimize performance and document processes for repeatable success.
6. Collaborate across teams and with clients to maintain strong relationships.
