Senior Stock Risk Controller

A well-known cosmetic company is currently seeking an experienced nail technician to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Must have the stamina to successfully and timeously complete back-to-back nail appointments.
2. 2 out of the 5 working days per week will be in-office back-to-back nail appointments.
3. Follow strict SOPs; complete training will be provided prior to start date and ongoing.
4. Ongoing training may occur before or after working hours.
5. Manage their online diary (with support from the admin team).
6. Participate in bi-monthly in-store demo days with a sales consultant to promote new products.
7. Attend compulsory bi-monthly AM and PM pre-booked internal training.
8. Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM @ Academy Hyde Park.
9. Weekend or after-hour nail appointments may apply when needed, booked in advance with leave days given accordingly.
10. No additional work, beauty salon or otherwise, is permitted during the week or weekend.

Qualifications:

1. Hard Skills:
1. Must be Qualified in Complete Nail Technology including:
2. Basic manicure and Pedicure
3. Gel Overlays, Tips & Sculpting
4. Liquid & Powder Acrylic Overlays, Tips & Sculpting
5. Nail Art Skills with strong advanced Nail Art Skills
6. At least 5 years' experience working in the industry
7. Strong computer experience – Daily software used: Virtual Academic Centre & Dashboard, One Drive - file share, Outlook emails & online calendar, Excel & Word.

1. Passionate about the beauty industry & nails
2. Passionate about sharing knowledge
3. Well presented
4. Punctual
5. Staying updated with the latest nail trends
6. Fluent in English; if English is not the first language, accent must allow for clear communication.
3. Requires strong inter-personal, organisational, admin, and multi-tasking skills.
4. Time management is essential, with the ability to complete work timeously and ask for support when needed.
5. Ability to work well with a team and assist team members when needed.
