Job Description :
Apply a set of tasks and techniques to work as a liaison amongst stakeholders in order to understand the problems, opportunities, needs, structure, policies, and operations of the organization on large, high-risk, and complex projects.
Recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Elicit and analyze the actual needs of the stakeholders, facilitate communication between organizational units, and play a central role in aligning the needs of business units with the capabilities delivered by information technology, serving as a translator between these groups.
Utilize years of deep practical experience in the role with repeated practice performing business analysis in a variety of complex situations.
Develop deep knowledge of our platform dependencies on other systems and influence our roadmap.
Act as a trusted adviser for our customers and turn business requirements into feature specifications.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the stories are comprehensive and well-formed.
Work closely with technology architects and leads to convert business requirements into technology solutions.
Experience working in large teams with excellent knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies including JIRA & Confluence or equivalent tools.
Facilitate interactive sessions with business and technology teams.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
