What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models as services in software systems to meet business goals
2. Collaborate with development teams to test and deploy machine learning models
3. Monitor the performance of deployed models and update or retrain models as needed
4. Participate in all scrum ceremonies and assist in sprint planning
5. Mentor associate and intermediate software engineers as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
2. 5 years of proficiency in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
3. 5 years in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
4. 5 years of understanding of web services technologies such as REST, HTTPS, JSON
5. 5 years in defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility trade-offs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. At least 3 years of experience in developing and deploying enterprise-scale machine learning solutions
2. Proficiency in deploying machine learning algorithms as production-ready API services
3. Experience developing and debugging in Python for AI/ML services using frameworks like Flask or FastAPI
4. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
5. Willingness to stay up to date on new ML/AI technologies
