Who We Need
I'm handling content, content distribution, and front-end sales. I'm looking for a strategic, execution-focused digital growth hacker to handle the backend of audience growth, monetization, and brand expansion. You'll be responsible for:

1. Building and executing viral content strategies to drive rapid audience growth (social, SEO, email, partnerships, etc.)
2. Growth hacking and guerrilla marketing tactics to get maximum traction with minimal spend
3. Developing monetization models (ads, sponsorships, paid subscriptions, partnerships) to generate revenue immediately
4. Website development & optimization (preferably no-code / low-code, or basic dev skills)
5. Managing Substack, social media, and community-building efforts to build a loyal audience
6. AI-powered marketing experimentation (leveraging AI tools for content, automation, analytics, and engagement)

Qualifications
A resourceful, self-starting digital marketer who thrives on growth and monetization

Comfortable with website creation, landing pages, and conversion funnels
Obsessed with monetization, data, and ROI-driven marketing
Preferably familiar with AI tools and trends (but marketing / growth skills matter most)
