The Position

In This Role, You Will

1. Operate and support the PI Systems for leading players in the process industry, both domestically and internationally.
2. Manage and resolve inquiries and ensure diligent follow-up both internally and with our customers.
3. Be a part of our Remote Field Service-Team, involving registration and follow-up using our management tools.

You Also Have

1. Higher relevant education.
2. Several years of relevant experience.
3. Familiarity with AVEVA PI, Aspentech IP.21, Siemens, or others.
4. Good communication skills, verbal and written in Norwegian and English.
5. Good collaboration skills and a proactive mindset.
6. Quality-driven as well as service- and solution-oriented.
