Senior Software Engineer

Hire Resolve is seeking a Senior Software Engineer on behalf of our client in the cybersecurity industry, based in Johannesburg (Hybrid). In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions for their SaaS platform. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop scalable, secure SaaS applications
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architectural decisions
3. Optimise code for performance and security compliance
4. Drive continuous improvement and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:

1. 4-5 years of software development experience
2. Previous experience with SaaS Applications
3. Expertise in PHP, GoLang, Python, JavaScript
4. Experience with front-end (Vue.js, React) and back-end (Symfony, FastAPI) frameworks
5. Proficient in SQL, NoSQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
6. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
