Senior Software Developer .NET

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic IT team. This role involves the development and maintenance of .NET webform applications and C# services, with a focus on ensuring system reliability and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, project management, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
3. Provide mentorship to junior developers and oversee code quality.
4. Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and optimize application performance.
5. Maintain MS SQL databases and ensure system security and stability.
6. Ensure best practices in coding, deployment, and system integration.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. 7+ years of software development experience, particularly in .NET and C#.
3. Expertise in MS SQL, webform applications, and service-oriented architecture.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

1. Agile development experience.
2. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD practices.
3. Relevant certifications are a plus.
