Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed records of installations, system configurations, and maintenance activities.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior technicians and assist in their professional development.
Conduct training sessions for staff or clients on the operation and maintenance of security systems.
Client Interaction
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation and service process.
Provide technical support to clients, explaining complex security issues in an understandable manner.

Experience
At least 3 years of experience as a security technician or in a similar role involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems.
Technical Skills
In-depth knowledge of security technologies such as CCTV, access control systems, alarm systems, intercom systems, and experience with networked systems and IP cameras.
Troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Communication Skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical personnel.
Computer Literacy
Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and relevant software programs used for security systems.
Certifications (Desirable)
Relevant certifications in security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in various environments, including at heights, in confined spaces, or outdoors. Must be comfortable carrying and handling heavy equipment.
