Your role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven (Senior) Sales Representative to expand our presence across Africa. You must be able to explain our dust control products in front of people in the mining industry and pitch to them our differentiating values. Your focus will be on lead generation, client engagement, and driving sales growth. We seek an energetic Hunter who can identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and support and report to the Head of Business Development Africa in scaling our reach and product offerings.


Your tasks

  • Identify and create new business opportunities in the mining sector
    • Doing research to qualify leads and assess market potential
    • Initiate contact with potential clients (calls, emails, and other channels)
    • Pitch our products and differentiating values convincingly
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers of potential clients
    • Work structured in compliance with our sales process and our CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Your profile

  • 2-5 years of sales experience in the mining industry
  • Proven track record of reaching decision makers and closing deals
  • Value-based selling approach
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
  • Proactive, results-driven, and collaborative team player
  • Valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel
  • Experienced in using CRM platforms and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
