Job Description

1. Financially justify the value of their solutions
2. Well versed in probing skills
3. They are good listeners
4. They explore the consequence of each alternative
5. They must have a good grasp of the features, advantages and benefits of their products, services and or solutions, especially the unique selling propositions (USPs).
6. They can link their solution to the customer’s specific need
7. They understand the intricacies of the job and the need to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
8. Lead demand-generating sales activities
9. Maintain an extensive network of internal and external contacts
10. Coach, support, mentor and challenge subordinates

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Management/IT

Skills

• 10 years experience in Sales
• 5 years experience in sales of IT Solutions/converged telecommunication services
• Strong hunter with superior closing skills

Salary/Package

R400 000 – R650 000 TCTC + Commission
