R40 000 to R42 000 a month + R12 000 a month Travel Allowance

A leading global travel and aviation brand is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive (Corporate) to drive corporate business growth within the South African market. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing sales strategies that maximize revenue from corporate clients, travel trade partners, and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong professional relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the execution of effective sales initiatives. This is a high-impact role requiring strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the corporate travel industry.


Minimum Requirements:
  1. Grade 12 with Diploma / Degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Management or related field
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a sales-focused role within the airline / travel trade sector
  3. Strong ability to negotiate and communicate effectively at all levels
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  5. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and outgoing personality
  7. Must be able to live and work in South Africa

Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and associations to maximize revenue opportunities
  2. Implement sales strategies to drive corporate sales growth, working closely with internal stakeholders
  3. Achieve sales revenue targets by identifying and converting new business leads
  4. Conduct a minimum number of weekly calls to existing and potential clients, tracking progress through Salesforce.com
  5. Act as an ambassador for the company, representing the brand at industry functions and events

Account and Revenue Management
  1. Develop and execute marketing and sales plans for key corporate accounts
  2. Monitor revenue results and business potential, implementing corrective actions when needed
  3. Negotiate and propose incentive and discount agreements for selected accounts, ensuring their effectiveness
  4. Use business intelligence tools to generate and qualify sales leads
