As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, your primary focus will be on managing the candidate experience throughout their relationship with us. You will collaborate closely with the Client Services team to identify, attract, and place qualified candidates into various roles within client organizations. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.

Every day you will…

1. Identify, approach, and attract prospect candidates within your specific market using a variety of sources and strategies.
2. Consistently hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs to exceed targets.
3. Attend client briefings and feedback calls to develop an understanding of client requirements and suitable profiles.
4. Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and interview potential candidates.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…

1. Experience in Sales, Recruitment, or Account Management.
2. Evidence of an excellent work ethic and a high level of resilience.
3. A demonstrable high level of ambition to deliver with drive, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
4. Computer savvy with a methodical approach to online and offline research.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and remain customer-focused.
