Location: Umhlanga, Durban – KwaZulu Natal

Salary: Basic plus commission

We have a Senior Recruiter position available in Durban and offer a market-related basic salary PLUS commission.

About the Position

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Matric
2. Tertiary HR or Marketing Degree (an advantage)
3. Minimum 5 years recruitment experience
4. Own transport
5. Good track record of consistent performance and achieving targets
6. Passion for sales and a drive for success
7. Own client base or proven ability to build your own client base
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office

2. Entrepreneurial spirit
3. Out of the box thinker

SOME DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

1. Full recruitment function
2. Building and maintaining a great client and candidate base
3. New business development through various methods including networking through social media platforms
4. Qualifying job specs
5. Compiling job adverts and maintaining social media ads
6. Sourcing top talent in the market and thorough screening of candidates
7. Conducting background checks and references
8. Interviewing candidates
9. Testing and assessing candidates
10. Obtaining relevant documentation and ensuring up-to-date admin of current deals
11. Shortlisting and presenting suitable candidates
12. Typing of CVs
13. Constant communication with clients and candidates
14. Salary negotiations
15. Closing deals
16. Meeting and managing targets
17. Internal admin and invoicing
