We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Recruiter to join our successful, dynamic team in Durban.

The role will involve building relationships, developing and retaining new business, as well as servicing clients from a recruitment perspective. Greys Recruitment has offices throughout South Africa and is firmly rooted in the solid foundation of the Measured Ability Group of Companies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Proven track record of revenue generation and client retention
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. A passion for sales and building client relationships
4. Candidate assessment, interviewing, reporting, profiling and database management
5. In-depth knowledge of recruitment as well as recruitment processes in a recruitment agency environment
6. Own transport essential
