Senior Recruiter

Our client is at the heart of glitzy Camps Bay and has a position for a Recruiter to join their team of extraordinary people.

Salary: R 15 000 - R 20 000 and commission

We're seeking a self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable individual with a proven track record in Recruitment. You should be adept at multi-tasking, thrive under pressure, and have a deep understanding of interpersonal relations.

If you are skilled in recruitment and induction of new staff, bring your expertise and enthusiasm to create an outstanding environment within our team.

You will oversee the entire process of recruitment to ensure procedures are followed in a fair and transparent manner. You will work closely with the hiring managers and Human Resources department to process forms, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide a high-quality and professional recruitment service through the effective administration of all recruitment systems.

1. Grade 12 or equivalent
2. Tertiary Qualification in Labour Relations, Human Resources or People Management would be advantageous
3. 1-2 years of recruitment experience (advantageous)
4. Hospitality experience (advantageous)
5. Strong administration experience
6. Social media experience i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook
7. Must speak, read, write, and understand English at a professional level
8. Computer literate level 2 minimum experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook in particular)
