Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Real Estate Agent/Team Lead at Grove Properties in Durbanville, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves managing property transactions, leading a team of property advisors, fostering client relationships, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

We are looking for senior Residential sales agents and property managers with a track record of delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications

1. Real Estate License, Real Estate, and Real Property skills

7. Strong networking and relationship-building skills
8. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
