Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor at a Leading FMCG Retail Giant!

Are you a seasoned Quantity Surveyor ready to drive cost management and budget excellence on high-profile retail projects? Boxer is seeking an experienced professional to join our Property Development Team at our Head Office, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our expanding property portfolio.

Adequate competence will be needed for final account, claims, and tender and estimation. The candidate needs to be familiar with CCS Candy and JBCC contracts.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
2. Minimum 8 years’ experience in property development, preferably within the FMCG retail sector.
3. Proven track record in cost management, contract negotiation, and budget control.
4. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and cost estimating tools.
5. Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
6. Membership in a relevant professional association is a plus.
7. Must have a valid driver’s license.
