Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Marketing & Corporate Rebrand)

Location: Hybrid/Onsite Job Type: Contract 6-8 months Industry: Banking About the Role: Alavanca Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in marketing and corporate rebranding. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can lead and execute a full-scale corporate brand refit. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and ensure successful brand transformation while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of a corporate brand refit.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project challenges.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in marketing, branding, or corporate rebranding projects.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and digital transformation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
