As a Senior Production Manager, you will oversee daily feed production and planning, maintain rigorous housekeeping standards, and manage performance effectively.

Your role includes optimizing vehicles, plant, machinery, and managing costs and stock.

You'll also be responsible for capital budgets, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and ISO regulations.

We're looking for an individual with a National Operations Diploma or something similar, with 5 years' work experience within an animal feed production environment.

You should know about pellet press technology and have experience managing a team.
