We're looking for a Senior Node.js Backend Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable tackling challenging, often messy problems.

You'll join our talented engineering team of 6 (2 developers, 1 QA, 2 DevOps, 1 Team Lead).

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deploy new features.
2. Hands-on coding and adapting to rapid changes while maintaining the backend systems at scale.
3. Work on a Residential Proxy System that optimizes performance and improves user experience.
4. Contribute to the development of essential SaaS features like billing, user management, dashboard functionality, and subscription management.
5. Evolve and scale systems to ensure reliability and performance.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Node.js in backend development.
• Proven track record of working with high-traffic platforms and scalable systems.
• 1+ years of experience with TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases, including performance optimization and schema design.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment and remote teams.
• Ability to think creatively and come up with unconventional solutions when needed.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• English - communicative level (B2).
