Senior Parts Sales Executive

A unique and exciting position is currently available for a confident and reliable Executive Secretary. The incumbent will provide organisational and administrative support to a retired surgeon who is a visionary with various entrepreneurial projects (related to amongst other the medical industry). This position holds immense growth potential and will provide the successful candidate with excellent business exposure. This full-time position will be office based (with travelling to meetings).

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

1. Taking notes or dictation at meetings and providing general assistance during presentations.
2. Screening phone calls, emails, inquiries, and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
3. Organising and maintaining the employer’s diary and making appointments.
4. Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the employer is well-prepared for meetings.
5. Making travel arrangements.
6. Devising and maintaining office systems (e.g., data management and filing).
7. Conducting research and compiling data as requested.
8. Liaising with clients, service providers, and other parties on behalf of the employer when required.
9. A variety of life management tasks / personal assistance.

The ideal candidate has the following knowledge, experience, and skills:

1. A tertiary qualification (degree or equivalent).
2. A “can do” attitude (willingness to provide support with various mundane and intricate tasks).
3. Logical thought processes.
4. Excellent planning, organisational, prioritising, and coordination skills.
5. High level of integrity.
6. Reliable, responsible, and dependable personality.
7. Highly adaptable.
8. Friendly, helpful, good-natured, and cooperative attitude.
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills (Afrikaans & English).
