Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

1. 10-15 years in a senior factory or plant management role, ideally within a unionised FMCG environment.
2. Proven experience leading diverse teams and addressing all aspects of factory operations, including HR and quality.
3. FMCG experience is essential.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical) or Food Sciences is advantageous.
2. Business-related postgraduate qualification is a plus.
3. Strong, independent leader with a proven ability to operate autonomously.
