Leading client in the technology industry requires a senior network engineer to maintain customer ICT networks and provide support functions like testing, troubleshooting, and strategic planning for network upgrades.

Description

• Networking infrastructure management
• Implement, maintain, monitor, and manage networking infrastructure.
• Analyse and solve network problems
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and end-users.
• Liaise with third-party vendors to resolve escalated incidents.
• Maintain service and quality levels according to company business standards.
• Create and update documentation on installation procedures and troubleshooting.
• Communicate feedback and technical information to all IT management levels.

Profile

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• FortiNSE 6 - Secure Wireless LAN Certification
• Proven Tier 3 Support experience
• 5+ years experience delivering Network Security Service in a customer environment.
• CCNA & CCNP Collaboration Certifications
• 2 - 3 years of Firewall experience.
• Valid driver's licence and own a reliable vehicle
• Applicants must be prepared to use their vehicle for business travel within the KwaZulu-Natal Province.
