About the Company:

Moksh Infotech, a premier global outsourcing services company based in Ahmedabad, India, is seeking a seasoned Windows System Administrator to join our dynamic team. This full-time, work-from-home position offers the opportunity to provide top-tier support to our diverse clientele, primarily based in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of managed services & multi-tenant support environments.
2. At least 7 years’ equivalent work experience.
3. 7+ Years’ Experience in Designing and Implementing Firewalling Solutions.
4. Advanced-to-Expert level knowledge and hands-on experience of SonicWall and Fortinet Firewalls.
5. Knowledge of SonicWall, Fortigate Firewalls, Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus Switches, Networking/VLANs, Ruckus/Aruba/Ubiquiti wireless networks.
6. SNSA (SonicWall Network Security Administrator) willing to achieve SNSP (SonicWall Network Security Professional).
7. Fortinet NSE3 required and must be willing to achieve NSE4+ certifications.
8. Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining all manners of Windows and Linux server hardware and associated network equipment.
9. Familiarity with TCP/IP and other network protocols, firewall management, and operating system configuration.
10. Mid-Senior level knowledge and experience of switching and routing.
11. General knowledge of storage technologies such as SAN or NAS, as well as Active Directory/Global Catalogue.
12. Good general understanding of the ITIL Framework and ITSM Systems.
13. Incident management, Problem management, Resolving Service Requests, and applying Change Management where necessary.
14. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies including but not limited to Office 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, Hyper-V.

Required Technical Experience:

1. Provide technical support remotely and be willing to do shift work.
2. Be a problem solver – show initiative, professionalism, be a good communicator, be a quick learner.
3. Perform Server Management (Domain, Exchange, AD, File, Print, and Storage) as required.
4. Good network understanding – ability to work with Netgear, Cisco, Ruckus, Aruba etc. Assist with network design and capacity planning, including setting up of VLANs and other network configurations.
5. Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
6. Assist with strategies for client/server implementations; and the infrastructure required to support those strategies.
7. Assist with new server systems, applications, and hardware.
8. Implement policies, procedures, and technologies (including firewalls) to ensure IT Security.
9. Plan and implement server upgrades, maintenance fixes, and vendor-supplied patches.
10. Provide VoIP and ISP support.
11. Recommend and execute modifications to server environment in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
12. Develop and maintain server and network documentation as required.
13. Administer equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
14. Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports.
15. Recommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairs.
16. Analyse/review processes and operating procedures and provide innovative feedback and recommendations.
