Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Chef at Nanuki located in Milnerton. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for baking and creating various confections.

Qualifications

1. Bakery and Baking skills
2. Food Preparation and Cooking skills
3. Experience working with chocolate, gluten-free, and plant-based confectionery
4. Experience in pastry arts or culinary education
5. Attention to detail and creativity in pastry creation
6. Knowledge of food safety is an advantage
7. Excellent time management and organizational skills
