Senior Mechanical Authority Required - Durban - Tampa Gardens Senior Living

Minimum Requirements:

• A tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience in key accounts management or a related role within the meat, dairy, and related food packaging industry is preferred.
• Experience negotiating and dealing with customers at all levels.
• Experience calling on food and/or meat manufacturing and retail customers is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing and driving senior key account customers within the meat, dairy, and related food manufacturing industry in the KZN area.
• Managing and maintaining all senior client portfolios and business projects within the KZN area.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the meat and food manufacturing as well as retail sectors regarding food packaging.
• Identifying client needs and recommending packaging products tailored to optimize their production and packaging requirements.
• Conducting regular account reviews, providing product demonstrations, and offering technical support and training to clients on products if needed.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
