We're looking for a talented Digital Client Strategist to join our remote team and help drive success for our clients through impactful strategies.

About the Role:

As a Digital Client Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital strategies that support our eyecare clients in achieving their business goals. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless strategy execution and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement tailored, data-driven digital strategies that drive growth, increase patient engagement, and contribute to our clients' long-term success.
2. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing proactive solutions that exceed expectations.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (SEO, content, design, development) to ensure the seamless execution of strategies aligned with client goals.
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track client performance (using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems), and continuously refine strategies based on data insights, trends, and client feedback.
5. Project Management: Oversee client projects from start to finish, ensuring quality deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
6. Client Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and deliver strategic reports and performance updates, offering actionable insights and recommendations to drive client success.
7. Innovation & Growth: Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and propose new strategies to increase client satisfaction and success.

Key Skills & Experience:

1. Client Strategy Development: Proven experience in designing and optimizing digital strategies aligned with business goals, ideally in digital marketing.
2. Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in building and nurturing strong client relationships to deliver exceptional results.
3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable using digital tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems) to refine strategies and optimize client performance.
4. Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
5. Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, with healthcare or medical experience a plus.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with diverse teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions that exceed expectations.
7. Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to pivot strategies as client needs evolve and provide creative, data-driven solutions.
8. Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly explaining strategies, data insights, and recommendations.
9. Leadership Potential: Ability to demonstrate leadership within client accounts and when collaborating with internal teams.
10. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or agency settings, with a focus on healthcare, medical, or professional services.
11. Specific Requirements: Standard working hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. All work is remote.
