Position: Senior Manager - Operations, Projects, Property, Facilities, and/or Asset Management
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Manager(s) with expertise in Operations, Project Management, Property Management, Facilities Management, and/or Asset Management. While experience in all these areas would be a bonus, it is not a strict requirement. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the efficiency of our operational processes, managing projects, and ensuring the effective utilization and maintenance of our properties and assets. Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Streamline processes and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
- Mitigate risks and resolve project-related issues promptly.
- Property Management:
- Oversee the management of company properties, ensuring optimal utilization and functionality.
- Collaborate with property teams to address maintenance, security, and facility-related issues.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize value.
- Facilities Management:
- Manage and optimize day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Implement best practices in facility management, including maintenance, security, and health and safety.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to facility-related processes.
- Asset Management:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies, including portfolio optimization and risk management.
- Oversee the performance and maintenance of company assets.
- Collaborate with finance teams to align asset management goals with financial objectives.
- Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for the organization.
- Align operational, project, property, facilities, and asset management strategies with overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams across different departments.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on operational, project, property, facilities, and asset performance.
- Conduct analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Operations, Project Management, Property Management, Facilities Management, and/or Asset Management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CPM, CFM) would be advantageous.
