Senior Manager - Online Lending Cape Town City Western Cape
Job Description:
Supervising and coordinating Cape Town Branch and Namiia employees throughout the whole lending process, from generating leads to direct marketing efforts, online marketing coordination/website coordination, meeting agreed-upon targets, etc.
Set up/suggest competitive and unique/suitable loan products in line with NCR regulations.
Supervising/checking/vetting applications.
Supervising/assisting/participating in lending and finally collections.
Train staff to fill open vacancies.
Experience in Calidad/Runaloand and ability to set up applications for online lending.
Experience using all linked series - Allps, Truid, Experian/other credit checks.
Setting up an Office Training Manual for staff.
Set up a Credit Policy Document and all other documentation to guide staff.
Supervising all Branch staff.
Report to the Regional Operations Team and Directors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or other relevant Tertiary Qualification i.e. Banking, Microlending.
5 Year's with a fully online Microlender, within a Management role - MUST HAVE.
