Senior Manager – Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions.

The role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs.
2. Ensure compliance with South African Labour Laws and expatriate regulations.
3. Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
4. Drive employee engagement and a high-performance culture.
5. Promote integrity, ethics, and resolve conflicts constructively.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external agencies.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
2. In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation.
3. Strong background in organizational development and talent management.
4. Experience implementing performance-driven HR practices.
5. Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
6. Educational Qualifications: MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources / Industrial Relations.
