Join Our Team as a Senior Maintenance Engineer!

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to deliver expert engineering support, services, and solutions that enhance plant availability, all while ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Apply Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Management
2. Ensure effective preservation of plant and machinery through predictive and preventative maintenance, optimizing uptime and minimizing downtime.
3. Oversee maintenance schedules, resources, and priorities in collaboration with production and maintenance teams.
4. Enable continuous improvement of the Maintenance Function by performing Root Cause Analysis.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant Engineering, Health and Safety Standards (ASME, BS EN etc.).
6. Effectively manage Contractor Performance.
7. Participate in budgeting, cost control, and capital project planning and execution for cost-effective plant improvements.
8. Oversee recruitment, training, and succession planning for the maintenance and production teams.

Minimum Requirements:

1. BSc/BEng/BTech/Advanced Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with more than 8 years experience in a heavy industry/manufacturing environment.
2. Government Certificate of Competency (Factories).
3. 5 years + experience managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
4. MDP or equivalent is advantageous.
5. Power Generation experience is advantageous (Boilers, Turbines, Generators, 132kV Switchyard).
