Senior Machine Learning Engineer

While this role will require a strong focus on machine learning knowledge and skills to enable Data Scientists and Decision Scientists to do work more efficiently, the following qualifications and responsibilities are essential:

Minimum Requirements:

1. Masters Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
2. Machine learning (MLOps) and software engineering experience
3. Providing technical subject matter expertise, leading on complex data science/machine learning initiatives or projects in multiple technical areas
4. Providing technical subject matter expertise oversight of data scientists/teams to support delivery of solutions to business
5. Guiding and leading technical teams to maintain ML standards and practice
6. Experience with deploying and fine-tuning generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL-E)
7. Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
8. Experience in integrating AI models into applications and services
9. Knowledge of prompt engineering and model optimization techniques
