Senior Legal Counsel

Requirements

Lexdan Select is assisting a Manufacturing business based in the East Rand with their search for a Senior Legal Counsel. The requirements are:

1. LLB degree from a reputable SA university
2. Minimum 4 years post articles experience
3. Experience in a commercial team within a law firm, or
4. Experience in an in-house role focusing on contracts & commercial work

Functions

1. Negotiate/draft relevant agreements
2. Compliance and regulatory experience
3. Advise internal divisions on relevant areas of law
4. Engage external stakeholders
5. Liaise with external counsel
