Job Summary: The Intelligent Automation Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions, focusing on intelligent automation. The role involves analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions using AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation (RPA). The IABA will work closely with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure the successful deployment of automation projects that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
