Job Description

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's IT operations, ensuring seamless systems integration, and driving innovation to support business goals.

This role requires a proactive leader who can manage a dynamic team and implement solutions that optimize both technical and business processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Experience with Sage in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Management: Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Sage to enhance business operations, including inventory management, financial processes, and reporting.
2. IT Operations: Oversee all IT functions, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, and data security, ensuring high availability and performance across all systems.
3. Retail Systems Support: Manage the integration and maintenance of point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management tools, and e-commerce platforms.
4. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor IT staff, fostering professional growth and maintaining a high-performance team environment.
5. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external IT service providers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and support of IT-related projects and services.
6. Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the IT department budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while aligning with business objectives.
7. Compliance and Security: Maintain compliance with industry regulations and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
8. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend innovative technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness within the retail industry.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of IT management experience in the retail industry.
3. ERP Expertise: Proven experience working with Sage ERP, including customization and troubleshooting.
4. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of POS systems, networking, database management, and IT infrastructure.
5. Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.
6. Leadership: Excellent team leadership, communication, and project management skills.
7. Retail Knowledge: In-depth understanding of retail operations, including inventory, sales, and e-commerce workflows.
