Job description

Duties

  1. Talent Management, Organization Development, Training & Performance

    1. Able to identify organizational learning priorities aligned with the business strategy using key stakeholder involvement to ensure appropriate learning and optimal ROI.
    2. To manage organizational development and implementation of monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards.
    3. To identify opportunities for performance improvements.
    4. Ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
  2. HR Technical Expertise

    1. Display role model for ethical behaviour and unquestionable integrity in all spheres of work and life.
    2. Able to develop human resource strategy and align human capital with organizational goals.
    3. Responsible for statutory compliance under various labour laws.
    4. Responsible for Visa and Immigration for expats.
    5. Responsible for service conditions of workers and staff.
    6. Establish effective mechanisms to receive and act on staff feedback.
    7. Ensure the timely and cost-effective fulfilment of all open requisitions with quality talent.
    8. Developing a robust recruitment process as per the requirements of the business.
    9. Establish and maintain partnerships with third parties relevant to talent acquisition initiatives.
  3. Influencing People

    1. Able to draw commitment from the team to work collaboratively towards goal achievement.
    2. Able to create a sense of shared responsibility by ensuring achievement of organization goals/objectives.
  4. Conflict Management

    1. Able to foster a climate that minimizes potential for conflict; anticipates and proactively mitigates conflict before it escalates.
    2. Possess matured outlook in handling complex and ambiguous situations and adopts novel ways to resolve the same.
  5. Stakeholder Management

    1. Able to design strategies that position and promote ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
    2. Able to develop an extensive network of contacts.
  6. Interactions

    1. Internal interactions across functions and divisions.
    2. External interaction with recruitment agencies, immigration, law enforcement agencies, and other government agencies.

Qualifications

MBA/PG in HR & IR; Should have 15+ years of work experience in HR & Admin.

  2. Ability to think out of the box and create innovative solutions to work problems.
