Successful applicants must have:

Matric / Grade 12
National Diploma in Human Resources Management
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the mining environment of which at least 3 years should be on a HR Officer level
Computer Literacy (Intermediate to Advanced)
Knowledge of VIP People will be an advantage
