Position : HR Assistant
Reporting to : General Manager of Corporate Administration Department
Objective: The Senior HR Manager's responsibilities include a range of activities within our Corporate Administration and HR department, such as payroll management, coordinating meetings, maintaining the employee database, and overseeing the recruitment process.
A key aspect of this role is to act as the liaison between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and inquiries.
Additionally, you will support MEA Bloc's HR by contributing to the development of policies, processes, and documentation.

Degree / Experience
- Appropriate Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience
Specific Knowledge / Skills
- Proven experience in HR, managing payroll or relevant human resources / administrative position
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources & Corporate Administration Management
- Compile and update employee records (mainly on HRIS)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Manage payroll preparation by providing relevant data to outsourced payroll service provider (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Handle complaints and grievance procedures diligently
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees
- Manage & support Corporate Administration duties & functions
- Available to travel internationally if deemed necessary

Compensation
- R61,000 to R86,000 + Car Allowance
- The above mentioned is Base Salary amounts which exclude Benefits such as:
- 50% Medical Aid contribution paid by the Company
- 7% Pension Fund Contribution paid by the Company
