About the Role
As a Senior HR Administrator, you will be managing the recruitment process, employee relations, and benefits administration. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will ensure the smooth execution of HR functions, from onboarding to payroll administration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive employee experience and uphold compliance with labour laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate preselection, interviews, and employment contracts.
- Conduct onboarding and exit interviews, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees.
- Administer employee benefits, including medical aid and retirement annuities.
- Provide payroll administration support, ensuring timely submission of information to payroll and liaising with the Accounting Department.
- Maintain compliance with SA Labour Law, ensuring HR processes and procedures align with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with employees daily, addressing concerns and fostering positive relations.
Requirements
- Education: High School Certificate (minimum).
- Experience: At least 5 years in a senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of SA Labour Law, processes, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
