We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong business acumen, and a passion for building and maintaining relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy.
  2. Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of events from conception to completion.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
  4. Develop and execute partnership strategies to increase brand visibility, revenue, and market reach.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure successful partnership implementations.
  6. Promote a business, product, or service.
  7. Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
  8. Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms.
  9. Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  10. Coordinate with other team members to produce effective strategies.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing and sales channels.
  3. Ability to build communities, develop brand loyalty and trust.
  4. Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or a similar role.
  5. Budget-management skills and proficiency.
  6. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  9. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  10. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
