Established Restaurant in Sandton is looking for a senior front of house manager.

Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management.

Qualifications:

1. 6+ years management experience in Restaurants
2. Strong communication skills
3. Exceptional customer relations skills
4. Experience with Restaurant administration & system controls

Responsibilities:

1. Staff management
2. Stock control
3. Opening & closing procedures

Looking for someone that can lead a team and who can work under pressure.
