Job Description

A very busy Italian Cafe Restaurant in the Krugersdorp area is looking for a Senior Front of House Manager. Must have 6 or more years experience in a busy restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of restaurant floor management. Must have strong communication skills with the ability to manage a complete front of house restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken with exceptional customer relations skills. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers will be preferred. All references must be contactable. Experience with restaurant opening & closing procedures is required. Duties will include staff management, stock control, and complaints handling. Looking for someone that can lead a front of house team and who can work under pressure. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic.

Salary: R 14 – 18 K net
